Charley Hull shares new SI Swimsuit photos from Ibiza boat shoot

Charley Hull is giving fans another look at her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit debut. The LPGA star posted a new set of behind-the-scenes photos from her shoot in Ibiza on Monday.

“On the boat in Ibiza with @si_swimsuit 🏝️☀️ Such a fun day! 💕,” Hull wrote on Instagram.

It’s her second post from the shoot. Hull first teased her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit debut on Oct. 22 with a carousel captioned “I did a thing,” one day after the magazine revealed its first group of models for the 2027 issue.

That first post opened with Hull wrapped in a towel by the water and included a photo with SI Swimsuit editor in chief MJ Day. The official SI Swimsuit Instagram account has also featured Hull in a video from the set.

The Spain trip was the first shoot for the 2027 issue, according to SI Swimsuit. The team traveled between Ibiza and Mallorca with 11 models. Hull and WNBA guard Azzi Fudd are the two newcomers.

The returning group includes Brooks Nader, Nicole Williams English and Jena Sims. Sims, wife of five-time major champion Brooks Koepka, is making her fourth straight appearance in the magazine.

Hull returned to competition last week at the Maybank Championship in Malaysia. She tied for ninth at 13-under, nine shots off the lead, after skipping most of the LPGA’s Asian swing.

The 30-year-old turned pro in 2013. At 17, she became the youngest player ever to represent Europe in the Solheim Cup. She is a three-time LPGA Tour winner, most recently at the Kroger Queen City Championship in September 2025.

Hull opened 2026 by winning the PIF Saudi Ladies International in February. A final-round 65 gave her a one-shot victory over Akie Iwai and Casandra Alexander for her fifth Ladies European Tour title.

“I worked really hard this off-season, so it’s nice to get a result pretty much straight away,” Hull said after the win in Riyadh.

The victory moved Hull to No. 3 in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings. It was a career high and the best ranking ever reached by an Englishwoman since the rankings began in 2006. She also finished runner-up at the U.S. Women’s Open at Riviera in June.

Hull made headlines off the course last month when she defended Sydney Sweeney over the backlash to the actress’s Novig commercial. Speaking with Heavy at the on!vitational, Hull didn’t hold back.

“My opinion on the Sydney Sweeney advert, people are generally getting pissed off over an actress/model, modeling in an advert,” Hull said. “That is quite literally her job. Like, not everything needs a… psychological breakdown or a public inquiry.”

“Sometimes a pretty woman is just a pretty woman in an advert. Like, the world will keep spinning,” she added.

Hull joins a short list of LPGA players to appear in the magazine. Natalie Gulbis was featured in the 2012 issue, and Nelly Korda made her debut in the 2025 edition after a seven-win 2024 season as world No. 1.

Hull’s full feature will appear in the 2027 SI Swimsuit Issue, which hits newsstands next May.
