POLICY
Returns/exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase if items are unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact.
To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our return portal here. You will need your order number and zip code or email address. After completing the prompts, Redo will email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label and or QR code.
Once your return is received and inspected, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
