Merchandise may be returned for a refund within thirty days of the original purchase date only when accompanied by the original sales receipt and original packaging. After thirty days all sales will be final and merchandise will not be eligible for return or exchange. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted for a return. Once our returns department has inspected the item(s) and approved them for re-sale, you will be refunded the cost of the item(s). If the item is defective, the replacement merchandise will be shipped after our returns department have inspected the item.

Shipping

To start a return email shop@ziregolf.com with your full name and order number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
