NetJets Opens Private Terminal at Augusta Regional Airport for The Masters

NetJets has opened an exclusive-use terminal at Augusta Regional Airport, built specifically to handle the surge in private aviation demand surrounding The Masters.

The new terminal is reserved exclusively for NetJets clients and features private lounges, a dedicated crew, and direct ramp access for seamless jet transfers. The private ramp offers 432,000 square feet of aircraft parking space.

The Masters is the single biggest week of the year for private aviation. Airports in the area expected more than 3,000 jets to land during the 2026 tournament, a potential record, with bookings for Masters flights up 20% to 40% per CNBC. Augusta Regional Airport closed one of its two runways during Masters week to use exclusively for aircraft parking, and added pavement this year to accommodate roughly 40 to 50 additional planes.

NetJets is the dominant operator at the airport during tournament week. According to WingX, NetJets recorded 378 total arrivals during Masters week 2026, representing a 27% share of total traffic at the airport. The company operated nearly 580 flights during the 2025 Masters, up 34% year over year, and anticipated as many as 775 flights during the 2026 tournament.

“Augusta is a key destination for NetJets owners,” said Patrick Gallagher, president of NetJets Aviation. “This new facility reflects our commitment to providing elevated, seamless service for owners, and our investment in making their overall experience, not just travel, memorable.”
