2026 Maybank Championship Prize Money: Winner Earns $450,000

The 2026 Maybank Championship has a $3 million purse, and the winner takes home $450,000. The LPGA event runs October 29 to November 1 at Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club’s West Course in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The winner’s share is 15 percent of the purse, the LPGA’s standard first-place split. The tournament is 72 holes with no cut, so every player who finishes earns a check.

Miyu Yamashita won the 2025 edition in a three-way playoff, making birdie on the first extra hole to beat Hye Jin Choi and Hannah Green. All three finished regulation at 18-under 270. Yamashita earned $450,000 from the same $3 million purse.

The Maybank is the next stop on the LPGA’s Asia swing after last week’s BMW Ladies Championship in South Korea.

Here is how the $3 million purse paid out by position in 2025, when 78 players finished. When players tie, they split the combined money for the tied positions.
